This annual run over the third longest bridge in the world and along the scenic coastal highway caters to serious runners as well as those who enjoy some fun in the sun.

Assam Laksa or Penang LaksaPenang's signature dish - a tangy fish-based soup with rice noodles packed with
pineapple chunks and tamarind and garnished with mint leaves and finely-ground torch ginger.
Char Kuey Teow
Flat rice noodles stir-fried to perfection with juicy prawns and egg. Mouth-wateringly satisfying !
Satay
Beautifully barbecued Malay 'kebabs' cooked over a charcoal fire and served with a crunchy peanut sauce.Available in chicken and beef .
Mee Goreng
A'knock-your-socks-off ' Indian Muslim speciality of spicy,fried yellow noodles cooked over a searingly hot fire !
Oh Chien
A calorie-packed omelette chock full of oysters and starch (as a binding agent ) served with a hot chilli sauce .
Hokkien mee or prawn mee
Spicy prawn noodle soup immensely popular among the locals at all times of the day . The dish is prepared with prawns , fish cake , leafy greens , pork slices , crisp deep-fried shallots, eggs and spring onions.
